1899 DALSBERG INDIAN TERRITORY Thomas L. Findley SIGNED LETTER estate land

This sale is for one LETTER, it has normal letter folds and is in good condition.  2 scans show both sides, is hand written and signed by Thomas L Findley of Dalsberg I.T. ( Indian Territory ).  Content of letter discusses selling estate land and is addressed to M Arthur and M Monteith who owned and abstract company in Belton, Texas.  Approximate size of letter is 5" X 8".
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letter.
