    This sale is for one LETTERHEAD from F. C. Bennett, general manager, of THE SWEETWATER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY in SWEETWATER, TEXAS (South side addition) in the year 1911.  This letter's very interesting content is about getting people to move to Sweetwater, the Orient Railroad, the Santa Fe Railroad, etc.
    This very bottom right corner of this letter is signed by F. C. Bennett, the general manager.
    The left side of the letterhead lists many things about Sweetwater such as:
    The railroad center of West Texas.
    Three big main truck lines.
    The Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe.
    Kansas City, Mexico & Orient.
    Texas & Pacific.
    Santa Fe Machine Shops, passenger and freight division.
    Water works, fire department, electric lights, 40 ton ice plant, large oil mill, large flour mill and corn mill and much, much more.
    CONDITION: Normal letter folds, very good condition.
    Approximate size is 8 1/2" X 11".
    The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
