    CONDITION:
    The letterhead has normal horizontal letter folds, pinholes at upper left corner and is in very good condition.
    Approximate size is 8 1/2" X 11".
    The statement has normal vertical & horizontal letter folds and is approximately
    7" X 11" in size (when open)
    .  It has a few pinholes from being pinned to the letterhead, the back has a slightly rusty paper clip track, it has some pencil writing on the inside, but is in general good condition.
