Antique Emerson Ceiling Fan with Blades Parts or Restore vintage

Description

This is being sold as is untested. It has wear and dirt from age. Blades are really clean but have some making tape (could be removed) on the upper side along with lead weights.  Slight rust in a few spots. Please see pictures for condition. Two blade brackets are longer than the other two, im assuming these went opposite to each other for balance.
