Antique Emerson Ceiling Fan with Blades Parts or Restore vintage

I cant see the tag because its painted but I believe this to be an Emerson. You bee the judge. This is being sold as is untested. It has wear and dirt from age. Rust in a few spots. The cap on the bottom was dented and the screws inside were bent. Does not look to be irreparable damage. Please see pictures for condition. This comes with the ceiling cone in the last picture.
