Motor tends to freeze up...If you spin the blades by hand they take off...It is missing the cover over the oscillator and linkage below it...Some of the fan blades & the backside where the linkage is show paint peeling...The body of the fan shows areas of grease/dirt residue...The felt bottom is deteriorating & stained (see pictures)...Sold as is...Almost running, missing parts.
