NO mounting hardware included, just re-use your existing ancillary parts or buy replacement parts that are needed to install the NEW selector switch / ON & OFF speed button to your Box fan speed control electronics control shaft assembly.
Appears to be a pull off broken part and push on new part. Might need a flat screw-driver to assist removal of broken part from under-neath dial.
