    Dominion 2011-A Oscillating Turquoise Fan (2 Speed) Works w/ Issues Video Taken. The fan was a mess, I've cleaned it up, and oiled the parts. It was not running initially. It now runs in two speeds, but does not oscillate, it wants to, but apparently I haven't done something right when hooking it back up. I hear these are tricky, it tried to go other way, but stops, so it needs some tinkering. The center cap is noisy on the fan, but the blades are very clean, and cage is solid, no busted connections. I took a video demonstrating, please view below.
