GE Vortalex Floor Fan Model FM12M11

Hi,
This is listing is for a GE Vortalex pedestal floor fan, model FM12M11. Manufactured between 1946 and 1948.
The fan is in decent condition given its age. Some caveats:
1. The cage has a bar that has detached slightly (the top bar on the right facing the fan, that leads from the GE logo in the center to the external cage).
2. The plug appears to have been replaced (see picture).
3. The mechanism in the back that controls rotation has detached (see picture).
4. Finish has some flaws, though this looks good for its age.
I've listed this as pickup only, but shipping probably can be negotiated if so desired. Feel free to message if you'd like to discuss. As far as pickup goes, I can meet roughly between Chicago and Milwaukee; we're also moving to the Southeast in a few weeks so that can open up some options as well.
