- Item has been tested and does work!!!
- To get the fan to work, the blades need a gentle push and fan works great!!! Nice and quiet.
- Most likely with some cleaning and tweaking, the fan most will run even better without pushing the         blades.
- Item does have some stains and marks consistent with age and usage.
Fan is very heavy and thus the reason for the shipping cost.  If the cost comes up cheaper due to the area of the buyer, a refund will issued.
