Restored? Blue Signal Electric Mfg Co 8” Cool Spot Jr Fan

Blue, Signal Electric 8 inch electric restored?  I bought a bunch if fans from a guy and he insists he restores this 1930? 2 Signal fans I got from him, they are about as perfect as you can get, he swears they were not reproduction, Plug in and it is one speed. I have asked several experts and nobody can tell me they ever repo this fan. I am open for opinion about this fan
