This fan is in used condition. The fan has three speeds which all work. The oscillating feature doesn’t work very well as it gets stuck easily. The head tilts well. The fan is noisy as has a low electric hum. There are some small scratches, areas with slight discoloration and minor rust as shown in photos. The box shows wear as well.
