Original 1950's Westinghouse Electric Fan.
One
Speed, Oscillating electric fan.
Professionally Restored
. This fan is original. 115 Vac.
Fan measures 13 inches tall with a 10 inch Blade
The entire body was, detergent washed, glass blasted, hand sanded, primed and repainted using an automotive grade, three coat propriety process. With UV protection clear coat. This color is "Hard Candy Yellow".
The base is Hard Candy Yellow.
The cage is dark high gloss ebony.
The blade is original 1950's polished aluminum, some minor spotting due to age.
The blade is balanced for smooth operation.
The cord is dark black.
The bottom has a protective rubber cord around the base to protect your table and for a non-skid design.
All the Westinghouse letters are the original lettering font in copper lettering.
Without this original Westinghouse font on the front cage bar, the restoration is not complete. Please look closely at the quality of the Westinghouse Logo, this is my specialty.
All electrical components
including the motor were removed,
cleaned.
inspected.
re-varnished.
re-sealed.
Soldered connections made with new shrink wrap.
New plug and cord
This fan was fully tested for 48 hr. continuous service. It operates like engineered.
Some minor "original" defects are present on some components. These defects make it a one of a kind fan.
Instructions for care included.
You will be very pleased with my restorations. I have offered many restored fans over the years with many happy customers. Please look at my feedback from recent customers. Feel free to contact me through eBay if you have any questions. Please keep your fan up away from small children and pets. Oil the fan with a light grade motor once a year. I use a zoom spout oil. You can buy at any local hardware.
