Vintage Charavay airplane fan or blower blade made by Hartzell Propeller Fan Company. See this information on Ebay item number 362595175963 in the 1929 Charavay Industrial Exhaust Ventilating Fans and Blowers Trade Catalog. Condition is "Used". May be aluminum, a magnet will not stick to it. Has P557 and C324 stamped on it. It has a small amount of finish loss as shown in the last two  pictures. 25 1/2" overall. The hole in the center is appropriately 1/2". The hole has a place for a square key. Has a place for two bolts to secure to the shaft.
