A really nice fan in great shape. It has one control switch for off / on and works fine. It oscillates when on, not sure if that is the way they were made but I cant see how to stop it. Moves a lot of air and runs very quite. I gave it a light cleaning but there are a few bits of paint loss and the grill might benefit from a piece of steel wool. I have chosen to leave it in its original condition. I did replace the plug with similar one and the cord is fine and un-cracked. Just a nice Mid- Century desk fan that looks and runs great.
