Vintage Rotary Switch NOS Machined to Fit Westinghouse 56" Ceiling Fan for Dummy
New old stock switch in box with paper. The porcelain outside diameter was machined to fit through
a 1909-24 circa Westinghouse 56" Ceiling Fan bottom plate to use as a dummy switch during a restoration.
The motive for this modification was to represent the often elusive and somewhat rare 3 speed switch that is usually missing.
This is actually an off on switch and it was not intended to be used with a speed coil.
Also, since the mount holes are not compatible, a washer adapter (not included) must be drilled/ tapped and mounted to
attach the switch to a antique 56" Westinghouse Antique Ceiling Fan.
The switch can be used in other applications also such as lighting.
The switch was part of inventory liquidation from a former Fort Worth fan shop's inventory
