Amazing dated narrative account of 1888 horseback rider through the newly discovered American southwest.
Interactions with Native Americans.
Condition: Significant cover fading, difficult to see New Mexico Map on cover.
Significant issue with respect to pages - originally it appears pages were joined back-to-front with some sort of adhesive.
ALL - that's all - of the pagination joints have separated. The adhesive is now just faint staining on the unprinted sides of the pages.
Some edge and corner wear that pales in importance to the other issue noted above.
