    Description

    Very Hard to find Item
    Quantity: 2 blocks
***Price is for one set of 2 blocks***
This is the best tool for machine knitting.
    The block size is 2 1/4” x  1 3/4” x 3/4”
    each
Total weight: about 3.5 oz / 0.08 kg
    Imported from Taiwan
It's the same kind of wax used in knitting factory for mass production.
The wax is to allow the yarn to feed through the machine easier. Just a touch on the yarn and you will feel the carriage moving much smoother.
It is especially good when you are knitting with heavy yarn on a bulky machine.
This will also help to protect your machine and needles.
It is very light and will not leave any spot or damage the yarn.
Here is how to use the wax:
    a.
If you are using a cone winder or knitting with a big cone of yarn, apply a thin layer on the outside of the yarn cone once in a while (even just a few strips will do)
    b.
If you are using a ball winder, hold the wax block in the palm of you hand and let the yarn skip through it before getting into winder, using one finger to gently secure the yarn on top of the wax. The finished ball of yarn will be treated with wax.
    c.
    Some machine
comes with a tiny piece of wax and it goes out very quickly. If your tension unit has a wax holder, cut a small piece to fit into the holder and let the yarn go through it to coat with wax
